Scadoxus multiflorus

Commonly known as ‘fireball lily’ or ‘blood lily’. An explosive round head of fragrant red flowers. It is native to the tropical east and Africa. With this in mind they are best grown in pots (in the UK) so one can move them around according to the season. They do well and overwinter good in a conservatory.
